Summary: When we arrived, we immediately called the property manager to alert them that the loft with bunk beds had some animal damage and what appeared to be rodent droppings. We were told someone would come over and asked to send photos. We did so. No one came over, no one called us. I got an email response saying someone would try to come over to deal with the issue. No one did the second day. I called to ask again for someone to clean the issue so we could use those beds and to let them know the only downstairs toilet wasn’t working. I spoke to someone and then was left on hold for an absurd amount of time before hanging up. No one attempted to call back. I am beyond disappointed.
