Located next to the Deer Valley Cafe in Lower Deer Valley, this property is within minutes to Snow Park Lodge via the free shuttle operating on demand to Lakeside residents over the winter months or via the free bus system stopping outside the complex year round. The free bus will also provide transportation on 20 minute intervals to Old Town, Park City for park free access to shopping and dining on Main Street.
This town home has been recently renovated with new furniture, cabinets and decor to upgrade your luxurious stay in Deer Valley. The main level of this property has an open living, dining and kitchen area with cathedral ceilings that welcome your family to relax at the end of the day and enjoy the views out the window towards the lakes and meadows of Lower Deer Valley. There is a wood burning fireplace to cozy up to on a cold night while watching your favorite program on the large screen TV. With DVR capabilities, you can record your programs upon arrival for maximum viewing enjoyment! An additional den off the kitchen can be used as a great game room or reading area, the sofa is also convertible to a sleeper for extra sleeping options. A full bath is located in the hall of the main floor. The upper level of this town home is a huge master suite, including a private loft with computer desk and reading chair. The master king bedroom has luxury linens and a new king size bed with a TV and additional DVR. The master bath has a new large walk in shower and double vanities. The Lower Level of this town home has the remaining two bedrooms, one a new King and the second a Queen with a Twin bunk. Each bedroom has an LCD TV and share a full bath. The Lower Level also includes a Mud Room and full sized Washer & Dryer.
New upgrades include tiling on the lower level, bathroom cabinetry, totally renovated Master Bathroom, all new furniture in the living/dining area, and all new furniture in the Master Bedroom & King bedroom on the Lower Level. Common amenities of the Lakeside community include a swimming pool open year round and two large hot tubs for use of our guests. Access is controlled by a key pad for privacy.
Please note that Christmas/New Years week reservations have a seven night minimum including one of the holidays..
