INSIDE:
This cottage offers two cozy bedrooms, one with a queen bed and attached bath, and the second with a twin over full bunk. The open layout of the living area invites you to relax and unwind, and opens to a dining area and kitchen equipped with stainless appliances, gas stove, and double door fridge. A combination laundry and additional full bath can be found just off the kitchen.
Step outside onto the spacious deck, where you can soak up the sun, plan a barbecue on the gas grill, and enjoy the live music from the outdoor venue at nearby Sandy Point.

"The location was excellent, I didn't even realize it came with access to the beach that close. It was very peaceful to be able to go to the beach through this private entrance. The house was cozy with everything we needed in the kitchen. Lastly, the responsiveness was excellent: my wife and I wanted to extend our trip while we were there, and Unsalted responding very quickly that we could make the extension if we wanted. "For those who have kids this would be great. You have access to a private beach which is just down the road. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Great for walks in the morning. If you have a boat there is a launch less then 500 ft from the house. We will be back"
