Summary: The check in was top notch. Everything was beautiful and clean, except that the driveway gate is broken so you have to park on the street and carry all your stuff 30 feet uphill. We were told it would be fixed on Monday (we checked in on Saturday), and no one was ever there to fix it. We also learned during check-in that the refrigerator in the kitchen was broken and that there’s a fridge in the laundry room instead. It’s an apartment sized fridge with the hinge on the wrong side so you have to open the door then squeeze in between the laundry room sink and fridge. Definitely not the chef’s fridge you think you’re getting. The wine fridge and ice maker pictured also don’t work. The oven is possessed. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. But it beeps a lot, and if you text Francisco about it, he won’t respond. If it rains, water comes in the primary bath, the primary bedroom, and the room next to the primary. After the rain, a few of us had allergic reactions to the mold/mildew in the house after the rain. Weird last note, but if you’re afraid of snakes, we saw 3 Puerto Rican racers, one on the patio, the rest in the bush. Thats nothing against the home, just a warning for people freaked out by snakes. The house and pool are beautiful, but you’re not going to get what you see in the photos, and after you check in, no one responds to you.
