Guests love the fact there are LOTS of bathrooms and 9 cozy beds to choose from (3 kings, 3 queens, 2 twins and a pullout queen sofa bed). Enjoy your vacation and your space too! Bachelorette groups, bachelor groups, golf groups, etc are welcome! No house parties or house events. Sixteen people maximum at the house. NOT A PARTY HOUSE! Guest booking must be at least 25 years old. This home is in close proximity to neighbors and noise is not tolerated. Outside noise and music must be kept low during the day and no outside music or noise at night. This is not a good fit for you if you want a place to be loud outside. Please be respectful, the neighbors will call the police if you are loud and you may be fined and Airbnb may cancel your account.
