Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.
DETAILS: This stunning 3-bedroom plus bunk room, 3 1/2-bath Gulf-front condo has all the amenities a Watercolor home can offer. This condo is ideally located next to the Watercolor Inn, just a block to the private Beach Club and a quarter of a mile to Seaside. This 2-story condo is perfect for 2 families vacationing together. It accommodates large groups comfortably, the kitchen is fully equipped with the latest appliances, there is a wireless internet connection throughout the condo, and flat-screen TV's in every bedroom.

Please note: Effective March 15, 2014, golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 60 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home, and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Summary: This is the perfect location and a beautiful condo! 360 Blue manages this condo. We arrived and the place was very dirty. The floors and rugs had not been vacuumed, tables and counters had not been wiped clean, one of the toilets was dirty, and there was a musty odor throughout. 360 Blue did send someone out to re-clean and someone out to help with he odor, but that meant we had to leave the condo twice that afternoon due to COVID. We had to leave for the cleaning, and once again for someone to put an odor control in the unit. The dishwasher was broken the entire time, the ice maker did not work (frozen the entire time), and two burners did not work. The day the repairman was to come it was pouring rain, and we did not have anywhere to go. To re-schedule was going to take several more phone calls and us scheduling when to leave again. At one point, I asked to speak to a manager and the person from 360 Blue was very defensive and rude. She wanted to know why I needed to speak to a manager to "just tell the manager the same thing I told her." Overall, paying $1200 a day to come into a dirty condo with several appliances that did not work, was very frustrating. Hopefully, everything will get fixed because this really is a wonderful condo and a perfect location.
