Summary: Was told Shuttle ran 24/7 just had to tell them what time but upon arrival was told no that was wrong even though website and employee stated that when I called and looked. Only runs on the hour now so I either get up really early or I rush to get the most convienent time slot. One of the reasons we booked here. Also have the Hilton app with my card attached but asked for a card at check in. What’s the point in being an honors member if they don’t follow the app. I love Hampton Inn but will probably stay somewhere else next trip.
