Admire Spanish Renaissance architecture and explore national monuments just a short walk from your front door. And with the beloved Bantam Chef restaurant on the ground floor, you’ll never be far from local flavors.
LIVING AREA

The chef in your group will appreciate the well-appointed kitchen, outfitted with granite countertops. Prepare favorite meals using the suite of stainless steel appliances.
Situated next to large bay windows, the table in the dining area seats four to festive meals.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
This home sleeps up to four guests between one bedroom and the sleeper sofa in the living area.
The bedroom features a stately king-size bed and 32” wall-mounted TV. The door leading to the private balcony includes salvaged stained glass that commemorates the home’s 19th-century origins.
The bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower. A second vanity just outside the bathroom provides additional room to refresh.

When you’re ready for some time by the surf, travel 2 miles to Anastasia State Park or 5 miles to Vilano Beach.
Parking notes: you’ll find assigned parking for 1 car in the parking lot beside the building. Please only park in Spot 3. Additional street parking may be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. You’ll also find a paid parking lot next door.
