This beautiful cabin is 8000 sq.ft and is equipped with board games, books, video games, a foosball table, 13 super comfortable beds plus an extra mattress, 2 TV areas, a huge dining room (diner style), a commercial kitchen with massive amounts of dishes, pots, and pans, WALK IN REFRIGERATOR, and the best views of the mountains. Perfect for every season!
In the winter, fresh powder snow. In summer, river and lake activities.
At the center of the Pacific Crest Trail and Royal Gorge for Nordic ski.

The best thing about my place is the location and how spacious the house is.
We are 1 minute away from Sugar Bowl and 5 minutes to Donner Lake and the Sierra Nevada.
