Summary: I wanted to use the pool and put my valuables in the rooms safe. It was broken. I asked to be moved to a room with a working safe. Told none available. Asked for rebate on price since i booked this hotel based on anenities I was planning to use. Manager Josh did call me back the next day to tell me he would try to look into giving me a 5% rebate. Bathroom immaculate. Breakfast bountiful.
