Please note that our pool is serviced twice a week, Tuesdays and Fridays. As you can see from the photos, we have lots of trees and vegetation so during windy days there will be leaves in the pool.

** The property does not have cable or satellite. You can log in into your own streaming apps account.
** Receiving mail or packages is prohibited and we are not responsible for items that are mailed or shipped to the property.
** We are pet friendly and there's an extra cleaning fee of $50 per pet.
**Max occupancy at all times is 6. No visitors allowed, all guests must be registered.
**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service, pest control management and pool service that may come during your stay.
**Minimum Main Guest Age: 24
You have all the privacy you want/need. Our staff will be available to answer any questions or concerns about the house and potential repairs/problems. We are available via text or phone within a few hours. The preferred method of communication is via this platform but if you have an immediate need you can call us by phone.

The entire house
Escape to your own oasis in this beautiful South Florida home! This space comes equipped to make your stay enjoyable. There is WiFi, office space for remote work, or just some private time. There is a living room with comfortable couch recliners and a Smart TV (log into your own streaming channels).
King bed in the master bedroom, Queen bed in the guest bedroom and 2 single beds on third bedroom. All have their own full size closet with shelves and hangers.
In the kitchen, there is plenty of counter space for eating or drinking with stools. The family room has a loveseat with two chairs and coffee station. Large dining table seats 6 people. The bathrooms has laundered towels, hand towels, and face cloths, soap, shampoo. The laundry room is on the garage and has a washer and dryer.
The kitchen is stocked with the basics. There is a grocery store within a few miles where you can purchase anything else you need in the kitchen. There is a refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker (Keurig style pods), tea kettle, dishwasher, cups, plates, silverware, cutting boards, etc.
NOTE: The pack n play and high chair are available but you must notify us the day prior to check-in that you will need these items. Also, please note that the pool is not heated.
There is central air, note: the A/C is set at between 70-77.
Local attractions: Sawgrass Mills Mall, some of the best restaurants within minutes, Las Olas Blvd, Intercoastal Waterway, Riverfront, The Broward Center of the Performing Arts, The Science and Discovery Center, Water Taxi, BB&T Center (for ice hockey and music lovers).
