Summary: This is a new hotel that will be nice once it is finished. However, it is not finished yet. My family did not have access to the pool or laundry facilities, which was frustrating since those two items were part of why we chose this hotel to begin with. Make sure you call the front desk and double check whether or not these things are available before you book a room there if you are planning to swim or do laundry as part of a larger trip.
