Positive: The location is close to downtown in a neighborhood of charming older houses. There are several reclining arm chairs so everyone can have one! Perfect night lights strategically placed so you are never in the dark. The house is spacious, kitchen well equipped, and the beds are sleep-able. I would definitely rent this unit again.
Negative: Calling this a house with a pergola is stretching things. In the back yard there is a square of dirt outlined by bricks with a wooden frame, No chairs, no view no plants. Better not to mention it in the description of the house. We couldn't get the TV to work. The switch in the front bedroom is not connected to any lights. The steps up to the upstairs bedroom are impossibly steep. There is no bathroom upstairs and I decided I couldn't risk trying to go down them in the night so I slept on the couch.
Summary: Charming house in a great location but dont expect a pergola nor a usable third bedroom upstairs.
