There’s a large dining room with a sofa bed of 1 ½ ; a total surface of 70 sq. metres ca. including an external veranda, apart from others 150 sq. metres of a private garden/courtyard, which is gated and equipped with an automatic watering system. There is one open car park and the villa is equipped with a tank to be used as water reserve in case of water supply interruption. External shower with cold water. Fixed brickwork barbecue.
