Built in 2016, Nasalasa Villa offers an open concept living/lounging area, with a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bedrooms, each with their own private ensuite bathrooms. The house faces west, with an unobstructed view out to the Pacific Ocean. The rancho, private pool and surrounding patio are the perfect place to unplug, relax and enjoy a cocktail, while taking in the breathtaking sunset.

Interaction with Guests
Natallia the property manager/concierge at Nasalasa will contact you following your reservation confirmation and be available should you require any information leading up to your stay. Upon arrival in Santa Teresa Natallia will meet and greet you (at a central location in town) and bring you up to Nasalasa to help get you settled then provide any assistance (shopping, restaurant recommendations, atv rentals, tours, yoga etc) throughout your stay.
Housekeeping is included twice a week. Jairo, the groundskeeper will be there to maintain the pool, the grounds and provide security.
The Neighborhood
Villa Nasalasa is close to the beach, really great restaurants, yoga, grocery/beer/liquor (all in one store). Although we're centrally located, we're sitting high on the hill overlooking Playa Santa Teresa (awesome sunsets!) Gentle ocean breezes keep you cool and away from the hustle, bustle and dust of the main road.
The commercial centre of MalPais/Santa Teresa is a 10 minute drive from the villa. Also known as the "crossroads" you'll find 2 banks, medical clinic, shopping, vehicle rentals, hardware store, awesome bakery, fresh seafood store, coffee roastery and lot's more.
Getting Around
Important: Access to Nasalasa is by way of a steep driveway off the municipal road, so these are the options for getting to and from the villa:
1. You can walk (carefully) down the driveway and then to the main road and beach in 15 mins. The walk back up will take you a little longer.
2. You can a rent 4WD or ATV. Parking for 1vehicle+1ATV or 2ATVst included.
3. We can connect you to a reliable local taxi service for the duration of your stay.
