Peace bridge and the path and trails to Bow River are both nearby and accessible. This central urban scene will not disappoint!
Getting Around:
Very pedestrian/bike friendly neighbourhood. Scooters and bikes avail close by for rent. We provide a reserved parking spot for 1 car - street parking in neighbourhood is permit-only. Pls reach out if you needed parking for another vehicle (paid permits can be applied for).
Other Things to Note:
** No events/parties. Any violation may result in immediate eviction and $500 fine.
No smoking in or on premises including balcony/porch. Please treat the space with respect and be noise-conscious of the neighbours. If anything arises, please reach out and we will take action/steps to remedy as soon as possible.
