Summary: Our host, Karmen, was exceptionally kind and welcoming. Having lived in the village all her life, she provided us with plenty of insightful tips on what to do in the area. She was also very responsive and generous – we were even greeted with fresh vegetables and eggs from her garden upon arrival, which was such a lovely touch.The apartment has a magnificent view from the terrace, which we really enjoyed. The kitchen had really everything you need. The only downside was that during our week-long stay, we had two different sets of neighbors upstairs. The second family often used the terrace right in front of our bedroom windows as if it was shared space – eating there every evening, reading, etc. This took away a bit of the privacy we had expected, especially since Karmen had mentioned that the terrace belonged to our apartment. It seems the garden is spacious enough for everyone, but it would be good to clarify that the terrace should remain private for the guests staying in the downstairs apartment.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would still recommend this place for its location, warm hospitality, and beautiful surroundings. With a little more clarity on terrace use, it would be just perfect.
