On the large ground floor, you’ll find the modern kitchen, living and dining room, as well as the half bath and in-unit washer and dryer that connects to the garage. The gourmet kitchen comes with several modern stainless steel appliances to make any chef feel right at home and is detailed with intricate tile work and cabinetry for a stylish atmosphere while preparing meals. Adjacent to the kitchen is the dining area with a table fit for 4 and a bar countertop for entertainment while cooking. The living room is furnished with a large L-couch fit for your entire party, as well as a television and ceiling fan, and access to the private covered lanai (porch) with lounge seating options, a table for 4, and an outdoor BBQ stove, all overlooking the beautifully manicured tropical gardens.
Upstairs you will find the Primary bedroom, equipped with a king bed, ceiling fans, a television set, a private balcony with seating options overlooking the mesquite trees and the greenery of the golf course, and a private ensuite bathroom with dual sinks, a jacuzzi tub, walk-in closet, and separate glass shower.
