Please note that the flat is located on the 3rd floor, with a lift, and that although it has been well renovated, it still has some old-fashioned elements (abundant dust, worn joints, marks on the walls, swallows nesting in the roofs...) which are not defects of cleanliness, as the flat is perfectly cleaned and sanitized between each rental.

The cleaning fees cover professional cleaning services, the supply of quality household and bed linen, as well as consumables useful for the good start of your stay.
