Positive: - USB/charging hubs on the bedside tables - super helpful if you don’t have many plug adapters - Extremely well equipped. There is plenty of cutlery, plates & kitchen equipment, body wash, hairdryer, hand wash, dishwasher tabs, washing up liquid, laundry powder for washing machine. Ironing board and iron. There are lamps on both bedside tables and lights on the headboard! The bedroom balcony door is equipped with shutters so you get a good nights sleep. Full length mirror in the bedroom. There are 2 tower fans in the cupboard - Very kindly left coffee pods, tea bags, and some sugar. The coffee machine is very easy to use and makes pretty good coffee - Very tastefully decorated. The apartment looks gorgeous. It is very modern looking - The table outside is very nice for eating on when it is warm/sunny. The egg chair is also so comfortable. Very nice touches - It is reasonably placed between town and the shopping centre below. Walkable if you like walking. We were able to get everywhere and walk from the ferry terminal. Be warned though it is about 30 mins to the terminal and 40 mins to intra muros. There is a budget supermarket (Netto) only about 8 mins away. - Secure entrance via key and fob - Shower is very nice and spacious - Smart TV so you can watch Netflix etc. Although you need to sign in on your own google account, and all your own apps - Ample wardrobe and drawer space to store clothes
Negative: - The bed has a waterproof mattress protector underneath the sheet. It is quite crinkly and you can feel/hear it when you move. The pillows aren’t particularly comfortable either - Check in process was abysmal. The listing very clearly says that host will meet you to give keys. We were given no other instructions, nobody reached out to us to confirm a time to meet. When we arrived at the arranged check in time, no one was there. It was pouring rain and we got soaked outside with our luggage while waiting. After 20 mins, we reached out via phone to Guest Adom and got voicemail several times. We managed to get through via text and were sent full check in instructions - self check in with a key box! Complete waste of time, no idea why they hadn’t told us this before. - Again, communication was terrible. We ended up bringing our own towels as no one replied if we could rent them, we asked two separate times. Took up space in luggage for no reason, as they were there on arrival - No check out instructions either. The note on the door clearly says to give the keys back to the owner
