Beautiful two-story pool home located in the gated community of Veranda Palms. The home is minutes away from Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, Sea World, and other Orlando area attractions. The original Medieval Times is only a couple minutes away, and there are many attractions and amenities, including mini golf, outlet shops, restaurants, fast food, grocery stores, Target, Walmart, gas stations, etc which are all within a 10-minute drive from the home. This property is great for family vacations.
Also, this home is only an hour from Florida's Space Coast to the east, which includes the Kennedy Space Center, Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach. To the west, Clearwater Beach, St. Pete's Beach and Tampa are less than two hours away.
The home had many updates in 2022, including a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, new carpet throughout the home, and new furniture in the main floor family room. The pool and raised spa are located on the screened-in patio, just outside the back door. The garage has been converted into a game room with foosball, air hockey, and a pool table. There is also a main floor laundry room with washer and dryer, as well as a common area on the 2nd floor with a desk and workspace.
