Little Owl Barn has ample room for off road parking in the gated courtyard and secure garage. Little owl Barn is ideally located for those who wish to explore Somerset and nearby Devon. There are plenty of country walks nearby and activities near by. The property is also set in an ideal bird watching area . There are lots of local attractions including Sheppys Cider and several National Trust properties. The North or South coast can also be reached in approx. 30 minutes by car. Dartmoor and Exmoor National Parks are also within a short driving distance. The City of Exeter with its Cathedral and superb range shops is well worth a visit and only a short drive away.
