Set at the top of a private cul-de-sac in a very peaceful part of the Coral Bay resort. Almar offers a perfect location for lazy days by the pool and within a 5 minute walking distance to the beaches, restaurants and shops of Coral Bay. The villa is beautifully designed to maximise space both upstairs and downstairs: the living areas are roomy and light; the bedrooms are well furnished. There are two bedrooms upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs with bathrooms on each level. The villa is detached offering privacy and is surrounded by well established, colourful Cypriot gardens, which edge the sunbathing terrace with shower, barbeque and private swimming pool. The pool is larger than standard at 9m x 4.5m with steps.
