This large, private and quiet studio has a yard with a lounge chair and a hammock perfect for enjoying the beautiful Cali weather. A luxury hybrid innerspring queen bed and an elevated queen air mattress is also available. Watch Roku TV with a wall projector. A fully-stocked kitchenette and a table great for both dining and working. A skylight that brightens up the space, with remote-controlled blinds. Spacious bathroom and oversized shower.
You have the whole guesthouse to yourself and the yard area in front of the guesthouse. The yard area is shared with our backyard, but a divider is there to make your space more private.
You will enter and exit through a side door next to the main house.
It's a quiet residential neighborhood, yet conveniently located:

Summary: I stayed here for an event nearby, the whole process was so easy and it was very close to my event and everything I needed to do or get to. Very private and quiet too, which was a pleasant break from being around lots of people. Totally recommend this rental.
