This home is located on almost an acre of land on the Intracoastal in a very nice neighborhood with million dollar homes on the water. Has a dock to enjoy fishing, relaxing with a cocktail or beverage of your choice, watching dolphins swim daily, and kayak in your back yard. This home has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Views of the water from large spacious Master bedroom, living room, dining room/ kitchen and guest bedroom. Master bedroom is very spacious with work out equipment, sliding glass door going out to the porch, and an en-suite master bathroom. Large back screened in patio overlooking the water with 3 ceiling fans. Kayaks for your use. Garage to store your toys. Split floor plan separating the master and 2 other guest bedrooms. Office with 2 desks and a door that closes. The living room has a large picture window in the living room overlooking the intracoastal and beautifully large landscaped lot to enjoy. The dining room has a beautiful view looking out to the water as well. Enjoy every meal overlooking a picturesque view of the water, the dock, and beautiful backyard.
Please note we do have a camera in the front of the house looking at the front from the garage and a rear camera looking out the backyard. Outdoor grill is available for an afternoon meal. Sit out on the dock in the afternoons and enjoy the show put on by the dolphins and manatee.
One dog is accepted with the weight of 25lbs and under with a $250 pet fee.
