Positive: First of all, I can say that it is the cleanest place we have ever stayed. Mark welcomed us and settled us in our apartment. The apartment was very clean, very tidy and functional. There were delicious desserts for us in the apartment, as well as basic needs such as tea, coffee, salt and sugar. The kitchen was fully equipped. The bedroom was very comfortable, the bathroom was very clean and very functional. Mark told us that we could spend time in the garden if we wanted. He was very helpful about check-in and check-out times. They also responded to our messages immediately and were very solution-oriented and helpful. Thank you very much for the warm welcome and farewell. We will stay again when we come to Lauscha again
