Located in the heart of the Historic Avondale District, this sparkling clean home was just beautifully renovated. You'll be in the perfect location in a quiet neighborhood within a mile to coffee shops, restaurants, bars and riverfront. You'll be less than a mile to the Avondale district, 2 miles to Riverside, and 13 minutes to Jaguars Stadium!
The Space:
You will feel at home with all the cooking ware, dining sets, Keurig coffee maker, and fast WIFI for your enjoyment. This one bedroom unit is located through the drive way gate in the backyard of the main house. The sparkling clean and newly renovated bathroom has towels provided for each guest as well as soap, shampoo / conditioner and a blow dryer. We provide you a guest manual with a local's guide including our favorite spots.
