Monsieur and Madame de Benoist de Gentissart open the doors of their vast property to you and welcome you in the heart of the Charolais countryside, in an old dovecote from the Middle Ages, completely renovated, located 600 m from the village of Chassy. Come and enjoy the intimate terrace furnished with aromatic herbs and immerse yourself in the history of this medieval castle transformed into a residential house in the 16th century. The owners will take you to discover the various panoramas of the village and its surroundings through a carriage ride and / or visit certain rooms and exteriors of their castle (paid services). For nature lovers, bicycles can also be hired for the day to explore the surrounding countryside. You can also enjoy the harvest of the many walnut trees on the estate. Do not hesitate to make a detour to the 12th century Romanesque church of the village to admire the remarkable stained glass windows during a guided tour. Spacious gîte with good comfort, bright and with atypical architecture: stone walls, framework and old visible pigeon nests. Former henhouse transformed into an outbuilding.
