reversible air conditioning in each room, luxury waterfront residence, in a protected natural site between Cannes and Saint-Raphaël, secure entrance and caretaker, breathtaking view of the sea and the Estérel, heated infinity pool overlooking the sea , 2 tennis courts, secure parking 100 m away, close to many coves with fine sand or pebbles, at the start of many walks in the Estérel (on foot and by bike), with fully equipped American kitchen, high table and stools bar, lounge area with library,
140 cm sofa bed mattress, flat screen TV, CD / DVD player, internet access, tasteful decoration, crockery and complete kitchen set, alarm system, jet shower cabin, washing machine, sea view room with access to terrace and 140 cm bed, separate toilet, strictly non-smoking and no pets
Idyllic site on the water, in the middle of the Estérel, halfway between Cannes and St-Raphaël, near the seaside resorts of Théoule-sur-Mer and Agay (magnificent beaches, restaurants and nightlife), easy to reach 'access by car, train and plane, ideal place to spend a quiet holiday, relax and unwind.
The contrast between the blue of the sea, the red rocks of the Estérel and the green of the vegetation is surprising and unforgettable; there are many walks, both in the Estérel and by the sea (nearby Dramont promenade).
We strongly recommend that you come to Trayas by car because the residence is beautifully situated by the sea, with direct access to the sea, but the first shops, a small supermarket and a restaurant / snack bar are 2 km away, Théoule-sur-Mer or Agay shops are 10 km away and the Géant Casino in Mandelieu-la-Napoule is 15 km away.
The residence is therefore almost on the sea, the infinity pool heated from April to the end of October being about twenty steps from the sea.
On the other side, there are the red rocks of the Estérel massif, allowing you to walk or cycle in a preserved natural area of more than 1,000 km², with the Mont Vinaigre Observatory as its highest point. at 618 meters above sea level.
In the direction of Nice, you can visit the cities of Théoule-sur-Mer, Mandelieu-la-Napoule, Cannes, Antibes, Juan-les-Pins, Villeneuve-Loubet, etc ...

As the apartment is provided with a large fridge with a freezer compartment including 3 large drawers, there is no problem to store the weekly shopping there.
The secure car park of the residence is 100 meters from it but there is a (un) loading space in front of the residence. In addition, and this is not negligible, the apartment is at road level and there is therefore no staircase to go up or down to access it.
Above the secure car park are the two tennis courts which overlook the road, with a breathtaking sea view, one of the players constantly seeing the bay of Cannes!
The car park and the residence are secured by access badge and the apartment is also provided with its own alarm system, just in case.
