Kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and has a counter with bar stools seating. There is also a dining glass table with seating for 4.

Parking for 1 car inside the parking garage, the space is small but can fit a small SUV.
Outside parking is available but limited spaces, street parking also available around the corner

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire condo, the parking garage with 1 space assigned to the unit, and private patio

Upon request can provide key access to Bear Hollow community clubhouse with fitness center, gym, hot tub and pool.
Other things to note
Patio is spacious and facing mostly nature and a fence with a privacy screen above a private hot tub area down below that our building does not have access to, it has not been busy or noisy but if operational it may have visitors from a building across the street

Kids friendly items are available for use upon request - pack n play, high chair, books, toys, etc.
