The open-concept great room features a spacious dining area and living room to gather and unwind after a day in the sun. The expansive kitchen is a chef's delight, equipped with ample room for multiple cooks, a pantry, upgraded appliances, a breakfast bar, and even a planning desk/work station.
The luxurious Gulf-front King suite boasts private balcony access, a walk-in closet, a whirlpool tub, a separate oversized shower, a private water closet, and a vanity. Additionally, there's a dressing area with a second vanity and sink. The second King bedroom features a large closet and an ensuite bath. With only 28 units you can expect a beach and a pool that are not overcrowded.
There is a Gulf front sundeck with heated pool, bath house, and coded access to the beach. There is coded gate entry to parking and an overflow lot across the street.
-To get you started, we provide an initial supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags) to get you through your first 24 hours. We recommend you bring the following or make your trip to the store after checking in as the unit may have some of these items already: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, toiletries, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.
