Positive: Close to beach, big living area with dining table , good location/neighborhood.
Negative: The property management company, Reality Group, was not helpful and lacked courtesy. Several items we requested prior to check-in—such as extra towels and usable pots and pans—were not provided upon arrival. The pots and pans were in poor condition and were only replaced the next day. There were also no towel hooks in the bathroom. After check-in, when I asked questions about the AC operation, how to operate the shower, dryer issue and the need for extra towels( which they did provide after), I received a message the next day stating that repetitive complaints would not be entertained. The beds were not comfortable either.
