Quiet place, the old Florida to relax and view the wildlife, otters, herrings, eagles, deer, manatees, possibly an alligator,owls and hawks. Outdoor decks with tables and chairs, large umbrella to view the river or relax in the hammock. Kayaks and canoe for our guests to explore the winding Manatee River with access to the Gulf of Mexico. Approximately 5 miles to the Interstate highway to travel to Tampa or Sarasota. Numerous shops at the University Town Center shopping mall and many restaurants. Gulf of Mexico beaches on Anna Maria Island or Long Boat Key with Eateries on the waterfront.
