The villa consists of 5 air conditioned bedrooms, each of which have their own private bathroom. The property features a large open air living room and dining room with a rooftop deck. The fully equipped modern kitchen has granite counters and a double door refrigerator plus a gas stove, microwave oven and a dishwasher. The media room has a plasma TV with Netflix & a DVD player and has air conditioning as well. Situated on a cliff overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Playa Manzanillo beach, this home has views in all directions and features a spacious swimming pool area with lounge chairs. The patio area has a gas barbecue grill and an outside dining table area. This house is within less than a ten minute walk to the downtown 'Adoquin' & the Rinconada that is full of many wonderful places to dine. Easily accommodates 10 people.
