The property has beautiful landscaping and century old Oak and Banyan trees as well as beautiful plush gardens. It is located in an area where homes are all high end and blocks from Byscane Bay.
Some of the must sees in the area are Fairchild Tropical Gardens, Matheson Hammock Park and Marina, The Deering Estate, Thalatta Estate Park and for great dining you can visit the famous Red Fish Restaurant on the water or go to downtown South Miami for restaurants for all tastes.
You are 7.5 miles to Coconut Grove, 9 miles to the beaches in Key Biscayne, 15 miles to South Beach and 39 miles to the entrance of the Florida Keys.
This estate has marble floors throughout and beautiful furniture. The walls are covered with art work from many famous artist. It is an open floor plan with very large open areas.
The bedrooms are very spacious with extremely comfortable beds. The master bedroom has a King bed, two rooms have 2 queen beds each and another room has a Queen and a single bed. We also have several inflatable mattresses available if needed.
For those who enjoy cooking the kitchen is very spacious and equipped with everything a chef could want. Every bedroom has direct access to the large covered terrace where comfortable seating and an 85" HDTV awaits.
The pool area is also very large with additional poolside seating and loungers are plentiful. There is a cigar humidor and dominos table for your enjoyment.
There is also a full outdoor kitchen with a dining table for six. In addition there is another outdoor dining area that seats eight. There are also three conversation area with sofas, loveseats, arm chairs, recliners and a fireplace.
For those who enjoy the open the estate also offers an open terrace with a beautiful garden view just steps from the pool area.
