Ski Chalet Andorra Penthouse - Summit Luxury Residence is the largest penthouse residence for rent in the village centre and caters for a large family or two families looking to ski together or enjoy the fresh mountain air in summer. Complete with a log burner, a Blüthner piano, breathtaking views and a very spacious and luxurious open plan kitchen lounge area, this 180 m2 newly refurbished Penthouse Residence will ensure unforgettable holiday memories.
Our five floor chalet includes luxurious 2, 3, 4 & 5 bedroom residences for rent, very close to the ski lifts, is home of Andorra’s Best Ski Chalet (2020 - 2024 World Ski Awards winner) and is open all year round.
Parking
You have your own pass key to the lift with gives access directly into the Penthouse. The lift communicates with the garage, where one parking space is reserved for the Penthouse Residence.
For additional parking, there are several options in the area, including two large multi-storage car only one minute away.
The residence offers 4 large bedrooms with full size ensuite bathrooms, underfloor heating, a fully equipped open plan kitchen with dishwasher, full fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, dining area for 10 and further seating for breakfast. The spacious lounge comes with generous seating capacity, a log burner, board games, a 75 inch 4K TV with Netflix, Youtube, Apple TV. Music lovers will enjoy the Sonos system, while for children a PS4/PS5 handset can be provided too (or hidden as required).
The accommodation is ideal for one large family or 2 families of up to nine guests, offering flexible sleeping arrangements:
First Bedroom - up to 4 guests in a King size bed 180cm width (which can be adapted as two singles 90cm width), and an adult bunk bed of 90cm.
Second Bedroom - 2 guests in a King size bed 180cm width (which can be adapted as two singles 90cm width)
Third Bedroom - 2 guests in a Queen size bed 160cm width
Fourth Bedroom - 2 guests in a King size bed 180cm width (which can be adapted as two singles 90cm width)
Going out
Soldeu has an active nightlife. For the pre dinner crowd there are several bars, several restaurants ranging from international cuisine (Japanese) to fine local dinning (restaurants belonging to the Hermitage group)
We are in the heart of Soldeu village and a car is not necessary. The bus stop is one minute away by foot and connects you to Andorra de Vella and indeed to Barcelona and Toulouse airports. If you require a private transfer to Soldeu we are happy to organise this for you.
