This brand new (finished January 2023) home has it all!
A beautiful primary bedroom with a king sized bed, also with an office space that has a printer, shredder and wireless high-speed internet if you need to get some work done while you are visiting. The primary bedroom has a large bathroom attached with 2 sinks, a shower and sunken tub with soap, shampoo, conditioner, blow dryer and large spa towels. There is also a huge closet for your use. Then 2 more lovely bedrooms with closets and queen beds. There is a comfortable queen blowup mattress with bedding and pillows under the sofa if you need that for a last minute extra guest. We have slept on it ourselves and it is quite comfortable. The second bathroom has a shower/bath combo and a single sink. Lots of light from an upper window makes it very cheery and comfortable. There are fans in all bedrooms and in the main area. Also, there are dimmers on all bedroom fan lights and on the lights in the main area (family room/kitchen/foyer).
All of the bedrooms, and the main area have large screen SMART tvs on the wall with access to regular tv as well as Netflix or Roku or whatever you would like when you use your own code. There are also games, puzzles and coloring stored in the main area coffee table. A simple switch will turn on the gas fireplace and another switch turns on the blower for cold days or nights! There is also a full charging station in the family room that will charge multiple devices and has the full cords provided. Each bedroom has a charging station on the alarm clock, the primary bedroom has two. The bedroom charging stations need you to bring your own cord.
The kitchen is FULLY stocked with plates, bowls, cups, blender, crockpot, sheet pans, mixing bowls, pots and pans, basic seasonings, butter/olive oil...and a little coffee station with coffee pods, sugars and vanilla creamers. You could make anything you would like! The kitchen table seats 6 and there are 3 barstools at the oversized granite island. Great for enjoying a meal together or hanging out.
We have a full sized laundry room with washer/dryer/iron/iron board and folding table for your use. You will have laundry pods, bleach and stain remover for your use while you are staying with us.
Outside is a peaceful oasis as we have a fully fenced backyard that backs up to a tree-lined area. There is a covered porch with bistro lights as well as a fan light, 2 adirondack chairs with a side table and a beverage cart. The main patio is cement with 2 more adirondack chairs and another side table and there is also a small grass area. Lots of room to relax and enjoy the outdoors. A few time a day a train passes nearby...very fun! Not on a regular schedule that we can figure out, but it isn't constant and we haven't noticed it at night. We actually love the charm of it!
You will have use of one spot in our 2-car garage and depending on the time of year, you might have two. The driveway is big enough for 2 more cars and needs to be used as the HOA does not allow street parking.
Close to many restaurants, shopping and sites of all types! We have a guide to "can't miss" spots in the area waiting for you in the home. If you are visiting an Elon student, the campus is less than 2.5 miles away...and if you aren't...it's well worth the visit as the campus is gorgeous!
