What do I have to offer:
A luxurious and well located 6/7-person house with sea view on guarded resort with swimming pool.
The house is centrally located on the island so that amenities and attractions are close by. The location t. o.v. the sea is excellent. 200 meters from the house there is a beach and sitting on the terrace (the porch) there is an excellent view of the sea. You will find that the resort is located on a jogging trail, a form of sport that is practiced much in Curacao.
Then there is the historical center of Willemstad (Punda and Otrobando separated by the pontoon bridge) nearby. There is also a large supermarket in the area "Center", where everything is getting.
It is a luxury 6/7-person house with air conditioning in all rooms. The ground floor has a living / dining room with open kitchen and a small two-bedroom with a shower. Upstairs there are two spacious 2 double bedrooms each with private bathroom with shower (including hot water !!) and toilet. There is an extra sofa bed in the main bedroom.
At the front of the house there is a large porch with sea views. In the afternoon when the sun is on the front, it is often a good place at the back of the house which is full in the wind and therefore feels cool.
The house is fully equipped.
There is also free fast WiFi internet and a TV with American and Spanish channels as well as Dutch channels.
