Summary: Amazing, we absolutely fell in love with Mark’s place. The views sell it, and they are indeed beautiful and uninterrupted, BUT the house itself, I felt like I lived there, gorgeously comfortable living room, the kitchen had everything we needed, ( including homemade banana bread on arrival ). The bathrooms are wonderful, extremely well equipped, I loved the huge bath and rainfall shower in the master c bedroom. Huge,comfortable beds, plenty of spare blankets if needed. Towels were also plentiful, toilet paper was abundant so no trips to the shops for refills and there is a great laundry room, fully supplied with washing detergent and softener. Checking in was easy, and also checking out. Mark was in easy contact and I would highly recommend a stay here. We chose this place partly due to proximity to Salem and Logan International airport, as we had travelled from the UK. Swampscott itself is an absolute delight though, and the neighbourhood is charming.
