The property is located outside the picturesque fishing village of Elea (or Elia) in Laconia.
Built in the middle of an olive grove, the house offers wonderful views to the Laconic gulf, the Mani peninsula and the Taygetos mountain.
You will love watching the beautiful sunset over Taygetos mountain and the Laconic gulf from the terrace, while sipping a glass of local wine.
Situated in a fully fenced 6.000 sq. meters olive grove, off the main road Elea – Molai at the end of a 300 m accessible dirt road, 2 km away from the village of Elea, 7 Km from Molai (or Molaoi), the seat of the municipality and 30 Km from the medieval city of Monemvasia.
And walking distance (only 1.500 m) from the nearest beach.
The distance from Athens is 290 Km (3½ hours drive), from Kalamata airport 150 Km (2 hours) and from Sparta 58 Km (50 minutes).
