Summary: The location is the shining star of this home. Although clean, the bathtubs need attention due to mold around the caulking and could use updating. The beds are comfy, and plenty of blankets and bedding if extra is needed. Be prepared to purchase trash bags, dish detergent and laundry soap as not nearly enough is provided. 1 extra trash bag, 2 dish detergent and 1 load packet of laundry detergent. The pool is a large hot tub and was unusable during our stay; it needed chemicals and was dirty. The 3rd floor master has the sleeping loft inside of it and the “bunk room” is located inside the master bathroom closet. These sleeping arrangements are not private and can really only be used by family/children. The 2 bedrooms on main living are the queen rooms and share one bath and the downstairs king bedroom has a dedicated bathroom, kitchenette and washer and dryer, that was nice. Overall, you are definitely paying for the location and proximity to the beach.
