Note: There is a flowing, unfenced river running through the grounds of this property, please supervise pets and children at all times. Note: There are fishing rights for the river so guests may fish or kayak. Please note the water meadow can on occasion rise to create a small lake at the bottom of the garden, attracting some wonderful wildlife. Please Note: minimum 3 night restriction
