Available only from December 3, 2025, to January 2, 2026, this single-level house sits on a third of an acre with only one true neighbor, offering rare privacy while being within walking distance to beaches, Elings Park, Douglas Family Preserve, and the Mesa shops and restaurants.
The home features two large bedrooms, both with sliding doors leading to the backyard. The primary suite includes a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom, while the guest bedroom offers a twin trundle bed. There are two full bathrooms in total. The spacious living room has vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, and mid-century modern furniture. An updated kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances is fully equipped for cooking and entertaining.
