Unlike many Caribbean destinations, this is an intimate lifestyle that fully recognizes the beauty and serenity of nature and laid-back living for real relaxation. SeaGrape Estate's location is so unique that it has been seen on House Hunters International multiple times. There is no need for us to use any zoom lenses in these photos. You feel like you can jump in from the deck.

• Enjoy the recently renovated main house that features two master suites each with king size beds, air conditioning, smart TVs, private baths and free wifi.

• For extra guests, there is a day bed in both the masters or take advantage of the third bedroom in the private pool house

Summary: This was the perfect villa for us to unplug and enjoy the beautiful island of St John. We enjoyed being on the quieter side of the island, but still close enough to get anywhere we wanted to go. Paul, the host, was amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay a good one. We appreciated having some snorkel gear and chairs and cooler for the beach. This property did not disappoint!
