Our lemon trees and Cretan herbs in the gardens of the property fulfills the atmosphere with unique flavor especially on summer afternoons. Wild oregano and rosemary from the terroir of Plateau of Lasithi from 100 year old plants grown in our ancestors gardens are available for cooking and for bringing back home precious gift. Flavored olive oil and essential oil of these unique herbs are available upon request.
