The approx. 750 m² plot is completely fenced and therefore ideal for children to run around in. You can park your car free of charge in the large private car park.
Peace and quiet, secluded in fine style.
The nearest town centre with a train station, bars and clubs is just four kilometres away. A grocery shop is just two kilometres away and the nearest cafés and restaurants are three kilometres away. Those who like to be active will also find plenty to do here: golf course (approx. 10 km), horse riding (approx. 2 km), swimming pool (approx. 5 km), tennis court (approx. 5 km) and a football pitch (approx. 2 km). The clear sea is only three kilometres away.
