Steps from the warmest beach on Cape Cod! This newly furnished two bedroom condo is the ideal location for a family or couples getaway! Tons of space! Forget the stuffy hotel rooms, this is a private two level cottage condo with a huge fully equipped kitchen and living room with smart tv and WiFi. Private entrance to the unit. You never have to leave the cottage if you don't want to! Two private decks, common outdoor grills and picnic tables looking out over the lagoon and boardwalk to the beach. Each bedroom has a new queen size bed with a full dresser. Living room couch is the size of a twin size bed once pillows are removed. Every room has an ocean view. Have breakfast every morning on the common deck tables while watching the ferries come in. Minutes from restaurants, bowling, movies, bike trails, kayaking, mini golf, ice cream and shopping. Watch fireworks without leaving the house! This cottage was newly painted and furnished Spring 2019. Private parking lot on the street and AC. Condo complex has a cozy Nantucket feel on a quiet dead end street in a beautiful family neighborhood.
All fresh linens provided. New bed sheets on each bed with four pillow cases with each booking. Four bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths. No need to bring anything but you! All bleach and antibacterial cleaning products used in between guests.
