Summary: Let me share our experiences and will start with the cons: BBQ Grill not working for us. Delay in response from owner. sometimes, hours. It never got resolved. Neighborhood's "OK" but didn't like the "ambiance" of left neighbor. Not property's fault! Has old car parked on gravel area of property. Back neighbor looks like an abandoned home. Pool table needed lint cleaning. Also not stable. It shakes. A few missing necessities in the kitchen e.g. can opener, There is a kid's gate at entrance of stairs. I think that should be by default removed and give the option for the guest to add and put away. We didn't have kids but we didn't want to remove and install back. It was a hustle a hustle for 6 adults to avoid hitting the gate everytime. Too bright in the bedrooms. I really like hotel-like curtains which makes the entire room dark. Thin curtains that let's brightness in. PROS: House listed their short! It said good for 7. Honestly, it is good for 10, comfortably!!! It has 3 full bedrooms upstairs, 1 full downstairs, and a 2nd LR upstairs that can sleep 2 more folks. We were only 3 couples so we had a spare room and didn't even get the chance to hangout at the 2nd living room with a fuss ball. We came at a hot weekend. It was 110 i think but the a/c kept up. Master has an additional portable a/c that helped a lot. Very spacious. Pool table kept us entertained. Host gave us a late checkout, 12 nn :) Was still a great stay!!!
