The Space:
The Premier Suite amenities include: Cal King bed, large modern bathroom with massive copper soaking tub, tile surround shower, kitchenette with sink, bowls, and silverware. Small refrigerator, microwave and beverage station. We supply local coffee and an assortment of sweeteners and creamers. A large private patio with living room seating and dining table. Suite 1 is located on the first floor in the historical carriage house of The Matriarch. This suite is detached from the original historic home. Please note that Suite 2 is located above you on the second floor, footsteps may be heard in this historical carriage house.
Guest Access:
You will have access to your suite, your personal private patio and the surrounding property grounds.

The Matriarch is located steps away from all that downtown Ashland has to offer. Park your car and walk everywhere! We are 1/2 block from our local Co-op grocery store and 1-2 blocks from local coffee, restaurants, shops and more.
Getting Around:
Walking is the preferred way to get around while staying at The Matriarch.
