Summary: The house and the yard were beautiful and the owner was lovely. Our main concern is that the property was advertised as air-conditioned. Although the bedrooms were well air-conditioned, the main living space, dining room and kitchen were not. This was a major issue with the heat. It was extremely uncomfortable With the heat and humidity. We did our best opening the front door and the back door to create a cross breeze, but there was no screen so there were a lot of mosquitoes and mosquito bites. This is the main thing that needs correcting. With the size of the families in Uruguay , they were always a lot of people visiting us and we couldn’t make them comfortable. Smaller things that need improving: there was no coffee maker, no microwave, not enough chairs, and we had to clean the freezer as it was dirty. We loved the neighborhood and Lutz was very nice. If these things were corrected, it would be a perfect property.
